Let us know what you think about our fantastical shop and be in with a chance to win a hamper!

We’re excited to launch our first ever customer survey and we’d love to hear what you think. Our fantastical store Hoxton Street Monster Supplies has been feeding imaginations and bringing joy to monsters everywhere since 1818, so we think it’s high time we check in with our customers.

Take part in the survey

A square hamper packed with straw sits on a wooden counter top. It is full of Monster Supplies goodies including a Death Certificate, Brain Food and Brain Jam.

The survey takes around 5-minutes and helps us make sure our store can stay open for another decade. If you enter your details at the end, you will also be in with a chance to win* a unique Monster Supplies hamper with everything pictured above. Please see T&Cs for more information.

  • The competition is open to UK residents only
  • Entry to win the HSMS hamper is via a completed customer survey
  • The prize will include 1x Death Certificate; 1x Olde Fashioned Brain Jam; 1x Brain Food; 1x Squashy Brain; 1x Limb Repair Kit; 1x Bouncy Eyeball; 1x It's Okay To Decay badge.
  • The survey closes on Wednesday 10th July at 11.50pm
  • The winner will be then be chosen at random
  • The winner will be informed by email within seven days of the closing date, and must respond within 28 days to claim their prize
  • We intend to post the hamper within one week of the winner being in touch
